Jessica Chou
Jessica Chou, from Grisham, Oregon, graduated Cum Laude from University of California at Irvine with
her Bachelor of Science Degree. Jessica was accepted into The Edge Performing Arts Center’s year-long scholarship program, after which
she moved to New York. She has performed in Vox Novus’s 60x60 Dance, WAXworks, and the HATCH Series while continuing her education
at New York University’s Stern School of Business where she will graduate with her Masters of Business Administration in May of 2009.
Jonathan Hoover
Jonathan Hoover graduated from The Pacific Conservatory of the Performing arts. Previous experience lies
mostly in the Musical Theatre world appearing in such shows as Altar Boyz, Into the Woods, A Little Night Music, The Fantasticks,
West Side Story, A Chorus Line, and many more. He has performed with BEings at Galapagos Art Space, Jennifer Muller’s HATCH Series
at The Works Studios, and WAXworks at Triskelion Arts Center.
Philip Northington
Philip Northington is currently in his last semester at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA).
He has performed in regional productions of Guys and Dolls, and Roger and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. He was offered a traineeship with
Ballet Magnificat!, and recently completed a 6-month contract aboard Princess Cruise Lines ship Dawn Princess. As a member of BEings,
Philip has been seen at Dance New Amsterdam, Steps on Broadway, 60x60 Dance at the World Financial Center’s Winter Garden, the SITE
Festival as a part of Arts in Bushwick, and WAXworks.
April Rosenberg
April Rosenberg graduated with her BFA in dance from Montclair State University. She has performed work
by choreographers such as Sean Curran and Robert Battle in various performances as well as at ACDF. She teaches and choreographs for
many studios throughout Long Island. She will be seen in NBC’s “Kings” which will be airing in March of 2009. In addition to being
a dancer, she is AFFA certified and teaches dance and aerobics at Crunch Fitness in New York.
Elise Sievert
Elise Sievert graduated from Butler University with her degree in dance. She has been seen performing with
the Butler Ballet, the Lincoln Midwest Ballet Company, and as part of the Ballet Ensemble at Blue Lake Fine Arts. Her versatility
as a dancer comes from her background in classical ballet, contemporary jazz, Pointe, musical theatre, modern, tap, traditional Chinese
dance, Slavic and Spanish character, as well as pilates and yoga. As a performer with BEings, she has been seen at events such as
60x60 Dance at the World Financial Center’s Winter Garden, Steps Lab Series at Steps on Broadway, Works in Progress at Dance New Amsterdam,
and the SITE Festival. She can be seen in several fitness DVDs with Denise Austin and Petra Kolber, and in many film productions;
including Duplicity, Trey Green’s “Girlfriend”, Cupid, Life on Mars,and Pelham 1:23.
Missy Wujek
Missy Wujek trained in Peru, Illinois before attending the Joffrey Ballet School, as well as spending 6 months
as an intern at the Broadway Dance Center. Missy holds a degree from New York University where she was on the dance team. As a performer,
Missy has been seen at Steps on Broadway, Dance New Amsterdam, Webster Hall, 60x60 Dance, and WAXworks.
Cat Cogliandro
Cat Cogliandro originally from Houston, Texas, recently graduated with her BFA from SUNY Purchase. While at school,
she performed in the Nutcracker, multiple senior concerts and participated in a project with Sidra Bell. Cat was a Las Vegas
finalist on the FOX TV show “So You Think You Can Dance” in 2006 and 2008, and can been seen in a music video for Greek artist Sofia
Strati. She is signed with MSA/NYC. Cat has worked with world renowned choreographer from Julliard, Peter Chu; performing a
new work which he created for her graduation show at Purchase. Since graduating, Cat has been working with Erick Montes, Malcolm Jason
Low and Emily Bufferd.
Danielle Harper
Danielle Harper is in the midst of her first season as a company member with Dance Connect as well as BEings. She is
a guest performer for Premier Ballet, and Nutmeg Ballet; as well as being employed by Full Force Dance Theatre, Connecticut Opera,
Connecticut Grand Opera, and Opera North as the stage manager, assistant company manager and choreographer. She started dancing at
the age of 4 with Encore Dance Center and Bossov Ballet Theatre when it was formed in 1996, Danielle joined the original class of
students. She continued with Bossov and performed as a soloist for 4 seasons with their company. After leaving she attended the Hartt
School on a performing art scholarship and graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance.
